This module allows the creation of groups of customers that have a different priority than most customers and whenever a call is opened in the name of the customers of these groups, it will have a priority according to what was placed in the configuration. The SLA time (solution, first response and update) will also be changed, being only half the normal time

Installation

Configuration
This module can be configured via System Configuration in the administrative interface. The following configuration options are available:
VIPCustomerGroups::Core::Priority
Configures the priority that tickets opened by the VIP client group will have.
Value = 5 very high
The other possible values are other priorities that are in the “Priorities” menu
Usage
After installing the module, an item will be created in the Administration menu, called “VIP Customer Groups”.
After clicking on the icon a screen will open presenting this information:
To create a group, click on the Add VIP Group button and fill in the data:
If the “Period” Type is selected, a date may be chosen on which this group will be valid, if the “Lifetime” Type is selected, it will not have a start and end date
On the customer's screen creating a ticket:
It will appear to attendants with high priority:
